For venues

Ask us to add your venue.

Tell us which circuit you run and we set it up with you as its owner. A venue is added by request rather than claimed, so nobody else can take yours — which does mean a person reads this rather than a form approving itself.

Sign in or create an account first: you are normally made the venue’s owner the moment it is approved, and your console shows the request while it waits.

You can also ask without an account. Leave your email address in the form and whoever reads the request can write to you, though finding you takes us longer.

Venue name

The name on the gate. We will ask you about the individual tracks and configurations afterwards.

Where it is

Search by OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim. Only the words you search for are sent, through Apex.

Nowhere yet — drag the map to your circuit.

Search for it, or drag the map, until the crosshair sits on the circuit. It only needs to be close — we place the timing lines with you later, and never from a map alone.

Anything else

Optional. It goes to whoever reviews the request, and it is the fastest way to prove the venue is yours to speak for.

Your email address

Optional. Whoever reads the request can write to you about it. We use it for nothing else, and delete it from the request once the request is decided, or after 90 days if it has not been.
